• Check In and Check Out times during the morning hours only i.e between 09.30am and 12noon only!

  • Day of admission and day of pickup irrespective of the time are counted as full days of boarding

  • Proof of vaccination is a must!

    For Dogs
    -Combination of (Distemper,Hepatitis,Leptospirosis,Parvovirus and Parainfluenza vaccine)
    - Rabies vaccination
    -Canine cough vaccine(Bordetella)

    For Cats
    -Combination of cat flu and enteritis
    -Rabies Vaccine
    -Feline Leukemia-not compulsory.

  • Vaccinations and deworming should have been done at least 10-14 days prior to admission/check-in.

  • Please do not put any tick/flea remedy or prevention on your dog for at least 10 days before boarding your dog with us.

  • Please do not bathe your dog for at least 3 days prior to check in.

  • All dogs will be frontlined(tick and flea treatment)on check in at an extra cost of 50/00 Dhs-protects the dog for one month.

  • We have a right to refuse accepting dogs that are aggressive towards people.

  • Please make sure your cat is in a proper carrier cage and your dog on a short lead when accompanied by you to the Al Zubair Animal Care!

  • To book a boarding place for your pet ,a non-refundable booking deposit of 200 Dhs per pet is required.this deposit will be deducted on check in or admission from the total boarding charges.

  • We accept CASH ONLY! -no cheques
    -no credit cards

  • All payments for boarding are expected upfront on admission or check in.

  • You may bring your own food and we will feed that to your pet BUT there is no reduction in the boarding rate.

  • You may bring any bedding-we discourage pillows and mattresses as they are normally shredded by pets and could end up causing gastrointestinal problems if anything has been ingested by your pet.

  • While we take reasonable precautions we do not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for damage to or loss of owner provided collars,beds.toys ,cages etc.
